ΙΧΘΥΣ. Ichthys is the ancient Greek word for fish — and long before it was a bumper sticker, it was a password.
In the earliest days of the church, when following Jesus could get you killed, believers needed a way to know who was safe to trust. So they drew a simple curve in the sand. If the stranger recognized it, they'd finish it — a second arc, crossing the first, closing the shape into a fish. Two strangers, one sign, understood without a word spoken. ΙΧΘΥΣ is also an acronym: Iesous Christos, Theou Yios, Soter — Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior. A whole confession of faith, hidden inside a shape a child could draw.
That's the idea we build from. Not a symbol worn to announce something loudly, but a sign that only means something to the ones who already know. If you know, you know. If you don't, it's still just a clean piece of clothing. Both are the point.
Every piece is made to order. We don't do mass runs. We cut and sew per drop, which means the piece you order is made because you ordered it. It takes a little longer, and it's worth it.
